Receptionist

Our stunning luxury client based in Surrey are looking for an experienced receptionist to join their team on a permanent full time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience via telephone, email and face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities:

You will be working within the team providing important customer interaction via telephone, email and face-to-face.

Greeting people, checking-in and checking-out guests, taking payments, assisting the reservations department with bookings, and ensuring the best customer experience from the first point of contact.
