A major security integrator is looking to bring in an experienced Service Desk Manager to join their hertfordshire based head office team
My client designs, installs, maintains, and supports high-level security solutions with the HQ located in Hertfordshire.

MAIN DUTIES
• Overseeing & assisting with daily admin tasks
• Invoicing, Reconciliation & Accounts overview (XERO)
• Maintenance Renewals
• Working closely with the Operations Manager with daily tasks
• Assisting in admin & ad hoc duties
• Overseeing & assisting with Service Calls
• Overseeing & assisting Purchasing & Statements
• Opening New Works within Simpro
• Assisting with Draft Quotes
• Vehicle/Fleet Management
• Booking hotels/flights/Parking for working away
• Overseeing & Organising Permits
• Keeping documentation up to date in line with accreditations.
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous Industry experience in a similar role
• Experience with Word & Excel
• Experience with Xero would be
• Word & Excel
• Highly organised
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

PACKAGE
Annual Leave – 30 days including Bank Holidays
Private Healthcare (upon successful completion of 6-months’ probation)
Pension scheme (upon completion of 3-months employment)
Mon to Fri – 8am – 5pm - (40 hours per week -1 Hour lunch break)
Annual Salary - £42-48k (Dependent on experience)
