Job Description
Greet and welcome all visitors to site, signing in visitors and contractors and issue work permits and other documentation.
Answer all incoming phone calls in a polite manner, connecting callers and taking clear messages when appropriate.
Managing the company inbox, reading and forwarding emails as appropriate
Monitoring company post, distributing parcels and arranging deliveries.
Provide administrative support to the business.
Order and monitor business consumables including stationary, cleaning products, tea, coffee etc.

Computer literate
General office experience, dealing with a range of administrative tasks
Customer service experience, face to face or over the phone
