An industry leading automotive aftermarket organisation in Coventry is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator - Temp to permanent position.
The purpose of the role is to maintain and control all aspects of Purchase Ledger Supplier Accounts on their procurement software, Kinetic.
The Company Offer:

Hourly rate £12.00 per hour.

Hours of work 08.00 to 17.00 with 1 hr lunch

25 days holiday plus BH.

Two weeks paid leave for Reservists to attend yearly training/camp

Life Cover – 3 x base salary

Pension – Employer 3% and Employee 5%, employer contribution rising to 5% after 12ths in role.
Job Duties:
-
Match, batch, and code supplier invoices accurately.
-
Ensure all ledgers are up to date with weekly and monthly payment processing.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers to resolve any issues that arise.

Produce daily and monthly BACS, credit, and pro-forma upfront accounts on a rotational basis.

Conduct monthly payment runs.
-
Maintain and reconcile petty cash across all branches monthly, ensuring accuracy to minimise errors.

Reconcile supplier statements and address invoice queries.
-
Deal with invoice queries leading to accurate reserves analysis.

Regularly update the invoice query register.

Liaise with the Company accountant to resolve reconciliation problems.

Cover the roles of team members during their annual leave or absence.

Maintain the Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) and keep it to a minimum.
You:
-
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular).

Experience working within accountancy
-
Experience working with company’s accountancy procedures in particular Epicor.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
