Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a high standard of service for colleagues and members.

Drive commercial performance by achieving sales targets and managing costs effectively.

Build strong relationships with service providers, local partners, and the wider community.

Foster a collaborative and development-focused culture within your team, promoting cross-training and teamwork.

Oversee member engagement activities and proactively manage member relationships, renewals, and feedback.

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and operational protocols.
