Service Coordinator
We have an opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our service team, based in the G69 Baillieston area.
Working as a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the service and repair works carried out by our engineers calling on customer sites throughout Scotland.
Responsibilities Include:

Logging calls from clients

Arrange access and paperwork for engineers

Small Repair - Sales /Quotes
-
Dispatch calls and raise job cards

Order materials
-
Monitor PPM's
-
Managing the Night call rota
-
Manage timesheets
-
Manage customer portals
Requirements:
At least 2 year's customer service experience
· Excellent IT and Administration Skills
· Good Written and Spoken communication skills
· Abel to meet targets and deadlines
· Meticulous attention to detail
