As Marketing Communications Lead you will run the company broker engagement programme for the full product portfolio. The successful candidate will drive and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy aimed at individuals, companies, NGOs and government organisations.

Description
Create and run the broker engagement programme
Manage the broker email programme
Manage all LinkedIn marketing including organic posting, community management and paid campaigns
Produce appropriate sales collateral and content
Run Webinars to showcase new products, updates and services
Maintain relationships with industry press across a number of industry publications
Responsible for overseeing all broker facing content on the website Profile
A successful Marketing Communications Lead should have:
Proven experience in a similar Marketing Communications role in the insurance industry
Experience working with insurance brokers and intermediaries
Adobe InDesign skills would be advantageous
A working knowledge of Figma, FigJam, XD, Sketch or Balsamiq
Ability to run ad campaigns on social media platforms
Demonstrable agency management experience
