Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a memorable first impression
Answer phone calls and handle general email and postal correspondence
Process invoices and manage internal records
Take charge of file archive storage and record management
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office
Order and manage office supplies
Liaise with the IT department to address any technical issues
Collaborate closely with the handyman for property and garden maintenance
Report building repairs or faults to the facilities team
Chase unpaid invoices related to office bills
Oversee the morning and afternoon post managementRequirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities for process improvements
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues at all levels
Excellent organisational and coordination skills
Professional telephone manner
