Role & Responsibilities
Drive D365 + Power Platform Projects in the right direction with exceptional technical leadership.
Develop high-quality architectural designs and solutions
Lead project teams by helping with issue resolutions and providing expert advice on digital solutions
Liaise with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into well planned technology solutions.
Ensure that all members of the project team are aligned in their vision by using a clear and concise communication style.
Skills & Qualifications
Significant Experience with Contact Centre technologies and Omni-Channel operations.
Technical experience with modern methods of contact I.E Telephony, Chat-bots etc.
Deep understanding of A.I within contact centre solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring colleagues. Benefits
