The position involves a lot of varied administration tasks using in-house systems and MS Office and also includes providing cover support for reception.

Provide support in issuing monthly invoices to clients for Managers and Directors

General admin support for across all departments

Scan all documentation onto the document management system

Maintain electronic and paper filing systems

Manage and complete tasks on the Business Support Ticketing System (Jira)

Open incoming post, scan and allocate
-
Prepare outgoing post and deliveries
-
Provide reception cover over lunchtimes and answer overflow call

Route calls to relevant people and take messages

Collect deliveries from reception, distribute and record on facilities spreadsheet
Essential Personal Attributes for the Business Support Administrator:

GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English Grade 5 or above

12 months plus administration experience

Graduates seeking their first role considered

Confident in the use of MS Word and Outlook and have basic level Excel skills

Experience of using CRM databases advantageous. Training will be provided on in-house systems.
