As a Technical Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting customers over the phone and in person at the workshop

Inspecting and diagnosing problems with products and carrying out repairs

Ensuring all processes are followed, including using internal systems

Ensuring customer records are up to date

Liaising with and communicating with other departments
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who has the following skills and experience:

Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role

A naturally high level of technical competency and comprehension

Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone manner, and communication skills

Patient, friendly and enjoy talking to people

A positive and proactive personality, with good problem-solving skills
