Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our prestigious client based in Walsall.
Please note: This position is temporary for 2-3 months to cover the Christmas period
As a customer service / customer relations advisor you will be genuinely excited to help the customers and delivery amazing service.
Duties will include:

Actively investigate ways of improving customer service and customer experience

Ensure customer complaints are dealt with promptly and professionally

Monitor, record and evaluate customer complaints
-
Manage complaints from start to finish
-
Ensure accuracy of information and data issued
-
Provide regular management information back into the function in order to identify areas for improvement

Look for ways to continually improve the service of the customer service / customer relations function both in terms of effectiveness and cost

Adhere to meet Service Level Agreements and KPI’s

Maintain an upbeat positive attitude towards Poundland cherished customers
The ideal candidate:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Good knowledge of consumer legislation and best practice
-
Excellent writing skills
-
Strong telephone manner and skills
-
Ability to adapt to different types of characters
-
Natural problem solver
-
Self-reliant and confident decision maker
-
Experience of working in a customer relations role ideally within a call centre or retail environment

Experience working with customer service databases
-
Experience of working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask
Hour of Work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (Hybrid – 3 x days in office, 2 x days WFH)
Rate of Pay: £12.60phr
