An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, hardworking IT professional to join this established global client providing technical support to users in a managed services environment covering UK and international hubs as required, alongside delivery of IT Project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

1st point of contact for staff with technical issues.

Setting up new joiners hardware and user permissions profiles/logins etc.

Be willing to help out and contribute to the build of hardware.

Respond to queries via phone, email and other channels.

Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions.
Skills required
-
IT Support experience with users 1st/2nd line.

Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
-
Experience with Windows operating systems.
-
Laptop, PC, printer support/troubleshooting.
-
Windows Client & Windows Server O/S.
-
Microsoft O365. LAN/WAN infrastructure maintenance.
