You’re a proven Business Development Professional. You have wide experience in developing new business relationships and generating growth opportunities.
You have a excellent sales record, and past experience seeking out and securing new business.

As part of this role, you’ll be:

Developing new business relationships, generating and negotiating new growth and income opportunities while managing existing clients

Promoting the company at industry events and trade shows

Agreeing and delivering sales targets for relevant divisions

Responding to tenders and requests for information, liaising with the Bid Support, operations and commercial teams as required

Understanding clients needs and issues, sharing this with delivery teams, providing support to internal teams with relationship management at site level
Ideally, you'll have:

Architecture or fit out construction background

Confidence, being able to communicate and present ideas and solutions, with the ability to negotiate and close sales.

Ability to cross sell services that will secure new client relationships as well as maintain existing client relationships.

Strong team working skills, vital to secure the buy-in of internal clients including bid teams, operation and commercial teams.

The resource to be able to travel as and when the job requires to attend client or events
