Long term temporary contract - Full time
Great opportunity to work for an international company required to cover an 8 month temporary assignment in their customer service department. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills via phone and social media and able to manage multiple tasks.
Duties
Handling both proactive and reactive customer interactions
Processing orders
Monitoring responses via social media
Processing internal orders
Escalating customers orders: email, phone, post
Supporting the Operations team
Requirements
Available full time long term
Intermediate skills with Microsoft word, excel and Outlook
Customer service skills
Attention to detail
Problem solving
Ability to work under pressure
