Our client are looking for an experienced front of house professional with a focus on looking after visiting officials and executives from their international offices
The role will be meeting and greeting - offering office orientations and helping visitors navigate themselves around London as well. Our client run high level events and workshops from their offices approx 6-8 time per month so there will be days with high visitor numbers to look after
Setting up of boardrooms for large scale meeting as well as smaller meeting rooms for a series of meetings. Dealing with the turnaround of these and making sure that they look spotless ahead of visitors arrivals.
This role is working from luxurious offices near to Bond Street tube station - our client offer a compressed working week with the chance to have every other Friday as paid leave (standard hours 8am - 5pm Mon-Fr) along with 24 days holiday per annum. Our client are keen to see candidates for 5* Hotel backgrounds, Airlines or corporate business where there has been good levels of training and a real focus on high levels of Customer Service - our client also need a level of flexibility on hours but will pay all overtime at 150% of salary
This role will be initally offered as a 12 month contract with a view ot moving to a longer contract beyond this
