Sales Controller
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 5 days:

Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm

Sat: 10am-6pm

Salary: £30,000 basic, uncapped commission, OTE up to £60,000

Igloo is recruiting an experienced Sales Controller on behalf of a prominent car retailer in Hinckley. In this role, you will lead and support the sales team, ensure site performance meets company standards, and help drive overall success in a high-volume used car environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily performance of the site.

Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Assist the sales team in closing deals and increasing sales of value-added products.

Audit sales processes and financial documents to ensure full compliance.

Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience in used car retail and sales management.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Organised, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Passionate about delivering results and maintaining high standards.

Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

FCA accredited or willing to undertake training.

Previous experience in car supermarket or volume used car management is preferred.
