Advantage are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Development Executive for one of our distribution clients, based in the Leeds area.
This is a temporary role which will lead to a permanent role after 12 weeks, for the right candidate.
Duties

Answering calls to deal with customer orders and enquiries

Developing relationships with an existing client base

Growing new business

Contacting lapsed accounts and ensuring the database of clients is kept clean and updated.

General office admin roles are also expected of all the team including filing, providing refreshments and greeting visitors.
This is not a cold calling environment as all leads are "warm" as a minimum.
The Candidate

Previous experience of dealing with customers over the phone

Have a friendly telephone manner

Be able to work as part of a team or on their own.

Hardworking and reliable with a "can do" attitude and who would love to be part of an expanding team.
Hours & benefits

Salary between £25,000 - £28,000 DOE

Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm (30 minute lunch break)

20 plus bank holidays (3 holidays to be taken between Christmas and New Year when the company is closed)
