Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior leadership team.
Manage complex calendars, coordinating appointments and meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data management.
Manage communication between the senior leadership team and internal/external clients.
Assist in the organisation of company events and meetings.
Implement and monitor programs as directed by the senior management, and see the programs through to completion.Profile
The successful EA should have:
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
