This is a temporary ongoing Administration position, permanent for the right candidate, to join a small and busy export and logistics team in an established manufacturer based in Worksop.
Please only apply for the Export and Logistics Administrator position if you are confident in your administration skills, specifically with Microsoft packages and ideally SAGE. Generally we are looking for:
Professional telephone manner.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Must have a ‘can do’ attitude and good communication skills (Verbal and written).
Duties of the Export and Logistics Administrator include:
Basic administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and post.
Competently handling various tasks from 5 coordinators which will include dealing with warehouse documents, couriers and freight forwarders.
Answering calls from outside of the company (customers, suppliers etc), arranging couriers and transport and creating warehouse documentation for loading.
Distribution of departments post and answering the reception door when required.
Data input into reports and company system Sage.
The Export and Logistics Administrator is a temp to perm position and benefits include:

Holidays: 28 days holiday (including BH) this increases to 31 after 12 weeks
Holidays: when permanent: 31 (including BH) increases by 1 per year up to an extra 5
