We’re hiring for a Marketing Assistant to join a dynamic marketing team at a manufacturing company based in Droylsden, Tameside. You’ll be supporting a Marketing Team to deliver its objectives across both digital and traditional communication channels, helping to grow sales profitably and establish the brand as the 'go-to place for the industry'.

Monday to Thursday – 8:30am to 5:00pm / Friday 3:30pm finish (flexible)

What will you be doing as a Marketing Assistant?
-
Assisting in the transfer and development of content for multilingual websites
-
Checking that product technical information is accurate and up-to-date across all digital media
-
Supporting the production of social media content across different product divisions
-
Assisting with integrating new language translations into digital media, including proofreading to ensure accuracy
-
Helping with product photography and managing the product image library
-
Producing monthly reports on website analytics, social media, lead generation, and keyword rankings

Providing support for marketing projects, including major product, catalogue, and website launches
What do you need?

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Magento CMS, Microsoft Office, and Google Analytics

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Basic understanding of digital marketing principles

Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills

Demonstrable work ethic through education, work experience, or extracurricular activities
What’s nice to have?

A degree in a marketing-related discipline

Experience in digital marketing or content management

Basic SEO and social media experience
