An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing property business in Bristol. This is a business that values their staff, offers 9 – 5pm working hours and an annual staff jolly.
Duties Include:

Dealing with applicants for rental properties over telephone & email

Managing any maintenance issues within the portfolio

Liaising with landlord and tenants

Organising regular inspections for the companies managed units and keeping all properties to a high standard.

Managing the end of tenancy check outs and renewal process for all managed properties.

Ensuring all safety certificates are up to date and meeting all requirements within current legislation.

Overseeing safety compliance, ensuring all properties adhere to the latest regulations and standards

Booking in and performing inventories for all properties within the portfolio and also external landlords.
Key Skills:

A minimum of one year’s property management experience
-
Able to work to deadlines
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Organised and hard working
-
Car owner/driver (petrol allowance provided)
