My client, a successful independent Estate Agency based in the centre of Cheltenham are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their team, on a Part-Time basis, to support their continued growth.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
Handling incoming enquiries, diary management
Preparing accurate and engaging sales brochures
Loading properties on to the CRM and various web portals
Assisting with sales progression as required
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Sales Administrator:
First-class communicator, excellent written and spoken English
Highly organised, with great attention to detail
Strong administrative skills and a proficient user of IT
