Join a team of 13 in the Centre of Excellence department for a well known brand working across the entire Microsoft Power Stack such as but not limited too: Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Bi, Power Pages and Power Apps.
Key Responsibility's:

Work as part of a team to agree on and follow best practices, work methods, and documentation to maximize business benefits.

Design and deliver Microsoft Power training to CoE team members, citizen developers, and business experts.

Benchmark and collaborate with software suppliers and industry experts for knowledge management and support.

Create and maintain design documentation as part of delivering automation solutions.

Develop and configure automation solutions based on approved design documents, following best practices and company standards.

Deliver Intelligent Automation solutions to the business, including participating in testing and leading deployment activities within deadlines, ensuring high-quality standards.

Support the business and the IA Service & Support team within the CoE during testing, service transition, and early live support (ELS).

Use Agile methods, tools, and techniques throughout the development and delivery of IA solutions, including working as part of a multi-functional scrum team through to completion.

Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Business Process Analysts.

Resolve issues that come up during the daily operation of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions.
Key Skills we're looking to see:

Accredited as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer.

Proven skills in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Microsoft Power solutions (like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, Power BI, and Co-Pilot).

Ideally, has experience with solution architect tasks or is willing to learn.

Ideally, has experience training or coaching others on using Microsoft Power, or is willing to learn.

Strong communication skills, shown by successful change management in large organizations like RM.

Self-disciplined, quick learner with good people, communication, and teamwork skills.

Able to stay calm and deliver results in a fast-paced role.

Adaptable and determined, especially when working with new technologies.

Able to work independently and willing to take on extra responsibilities.
