Job Title: Software Support Specialist - Remote

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Per annum
We have a fantastic opportunity for remote working, as our client, a Technology business within the Robotics and AI is looking for a Software Support Specialist to join their Customer Support team.
Working within the Support Specialist team, you will provide vital support to clients to ensure the smooth roll out and ongoing support of Technical Products and Supporting Software.
As Software Support Specialist you will be involved in:
Providing technical support to customers remotely
Troubleshooting software issues and providing solutions
Assisting with installation and configuration of software
Documenting support cases and resolutions
Collaborating with the development team to address bugs and issues
Required Qualifications for Software Support Specialist:
Proven experience in software support or a similar role
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum of 3 years in software support or related roles
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues using software such as Version Control, Bug Tracking, etc
Understanding of software installation and configuration
Knowledge of basic programming languages such as Python and R would be beneficial but not essential
Familiarity with CRM systems
If successful you can expect a salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on the experience you can offer, and ongoing opportunities for growth within this growing business.
