Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience of leading and motivating a customer service/financial services team, with a natural drive to motivate individuals to achieve the best results.

Experience gained within the financial services industry or a similar regulated environment
-
A strong desire to support the team in achieving their individual and client related targets in a positive manner
-
Experience of mentoring and coaching individuals, understanding the need to adapt to the individuals learning style
-
The ability to understand the needs of customers, and be focused on customer outcomes
-
The ability to resolve complex customer problems / issues / complaints, and a strong understanding of customer service processes and systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work to strict deadlines with competing priorities
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Allocating work to the team, ensuring the Teams Service Levels are met

Ensure all standards in line with client’s expectations of quality, productivity and performance are achieved by the team

Planning and organising 1-2-1’s

Ensuring that the team adhere to deadlines and all internally agreed key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met

Delivering continual improvement within the team across the areas of technical understanding and competence, staff development, process efficiency, productivity and management information

Overseeing complaints processes, seeking support from Compliance where necessary
