Exciting Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (12-Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover)
Are you ready to be part of a growing business? We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term. In this pivotal role, you'll provide essential administration support for recruiting Contact Centre representatives and supporting recruitment activity across the UK. Based in our Glasgow office with home working.

What you will do:
Recruit for high volume contact centre positions with support provided to specialist vacancies as required.
Conduct daily Contact Centre representatives telephone interviews and book to interview.
Assisting in the coordination of the recruitment process/administration.
Liaising with both hiring managers and candidates to book interviews with all associated administration.
Manage email box and candidate communications and all candidate files and ensure all documents are maintained and retained according to GDPR.
Right to work checks and support the commencement of pre-employment screening checks.
Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty, by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services that have potential to impact our customers.
What we're looking for:
Proven track record in recruitment administration particularly CV sifting, telephone interviews and candidate management.
Experience of supporting administration activities for volume hiring with end-to-end recruitment activities such as CV sifting, telephone interviews, interviews, booking assessments, offer paperwork and onboarding and candidate communication.
Proven track record of candidate engagement/management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
