As an Appointment Setter, you will be required to

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services.

Answering any questions customers may have

Ask the right questions to understand the customer's requirements and needs

Entering and updating spreadsheets with information

Take process orders

Make bookings for the sales team to go out and meet with customers
Experience / Skillset required for this role

Previous experience in a telesales role or customer service role.

Good knowledge of different computer systems including CRM systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Resilient and able to objection handle
