The Client:
A leading management company working in a developing and expanding industry. This role offers a blend of office-based work in Swanley and remote work from home.
The Role:
- Provide efficient and effective administration support to the National Accounts Team Leader and operations team
- To ensure smooth delivery of the company’s service to clients
- Handle client calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Liaise with colleagues both internally and externally
- Input/update client information onto the bespoke system
- Ensure job details are accurate with location and any relevant notes documented
- Weekly reporting
- Booking appointments using an in-house system
- Managing access issues
- Assisting the team with general calls and emails
