About the Job
As a People Team Administrator at Lampton, you will be responsible for supporting the People Team in various administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of people processes and procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, managing people databases, and providing general administrative support to the Payroll & People team. You will be an advocate for inclusion and champion behaviours which always support the Group’s Values.
Key Responsibilities include:
Maintain and update employee records
Communicate policies to employees and address any questions or concerns. Help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, payments and benefits.
Provide guidance and support on general People-related matters. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
Assist in the coordination and execution of various people initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and employee recognition programs.
Handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Provide Payroll Admin & People team Support
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working as a HR or Payroll Administrator or similar position. You will have the ability to build exceptional relationships and have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience and Qualifications required
Previous experience in a People or Payroll administrative role.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Innate ability to challenge processes to seek continuous improvement
