Head of Sales
Our client in based in London is looking for a new Head of Sales to join their fast-growing team. Based around Greater London and within the Pest/Environmental Control sector, working Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00, Hybrid working, but very flexible.
Offering an impressive salary of £60,000 with a fantastic OTE of £90,000 for the Head of Sales role.
As the Head of Sales your main responsibility will be customer and client revenue growth, whilst maintaining strong relationships.
Responsibilities of the Head of Sales:
Develop and coordinate sales activities and functions to generate new long-lasting business
Generate sales techniques to expand customer growth and achieve sustainable business.
Understand customer needs by building stable relationships and meet these needs
Conduct market research to ensure you are aware of any market shifts - whilst being fully aware of all new products
Meeting new potential customers
Coach and monitor the sales team alongside recruiting and setting sales functions
Identify any growth opportunities working alongside the Managing Director
Requirements of the Head of Sales:
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets whilst being very self-motivated
MUST have experience in Pest and/or Environmental control
Easy access to Greater London (this will be the main territory)
Be presentable and confident within their field
Experience in developing and implementing sales management systems
Experience of facilitating and communicating with customers
Ability to build effective long-lasting relationships with stakeholders
Strong analytical, influencing and people skills as well as excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
