Our office is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Hackbridge Station, with direct train access to central London. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in managing customer inquiries and ensuring smooth and efficient bookings. We need someone who thrives under pressure, communicates professionally, and has a keen eye for detail.
What We’re Looking For:
- A quick thinker with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- A professional who can remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone with a strong eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a similar customer service role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and process bookings efficiently.
- Compile and action customer reports within the same day or next day.
- Advise customers on the best solutions for their home emergencies.
- Handle customer email inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Participate in a weekend rota, compensated at Time & Quarter.
