Part time EA and Office Assistant
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a part time EA and Office Assistant to join our client based in London for 1-2 months
The successful EA and Office Assistant will be responsible for:
Diary Management and Business Office administrative activities offering support to the Senior Leadership team
Preparation of agendas, meeting preparation including booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments for meetings and events
Answering the office door, accepting deliveries, couriers and welcoming visitors
Liaising with third party providers when monitoring office standards and cleanliness, manage third party visits for facilities services
Sort incoming and outgoing post / couriers
Replenish stock levels with the office such as drinks supplies
Maintaining security pass logs and creation of new passes for new starters and removal of leavers
The EA and Office Assistant will have:
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Previous Administrative and PA/EA experience
Good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
