The primary role of a 24x7 Service Desk Analyst is to work as part of a team to provide support to our customer base on a 24/7/365 basis, focusing on inbound activities such as taking customer phone calls and managing our mailbox the team is the first port of call for all technical issues that are customers require support for. You will ensure we offer outstanding responsiveness combined with excellent customer service that exceeds the Service Level Agreements.
