Our client, a prestigious automotive dealership based in the Southwest has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join their amazing team.
Key responsibilities:

Offer system support for our Employee Management System including system development
-
Reporting
-
Support day-to-day Payroll activity including starters, leavers, transfers and variations, sickness and bonuses
-
Support annual payroll activities such as audits, P60’s and P11d’s
-
Line Manage Finance Apprentice
-
Support business projects
Key skills/ experience:
-
2 years or more of experience in a Payroll Accounts position
-
Experience in the Motor Trade is preferred
-
Experience with Natural HR / Moorepay system would be beneficial
-
In depth experience of Microsoft Excel for reporting
-
Problem solving skills with the ability to apply logical and critical thinking to develop effective solutions to issues
-
Confidence with systems and supporting end users,
-
Seeks ways to improve processes
-
Experience of line management would be beneficial in this role
