Assisting with all HR Generalist duties to include:
Grievance and disciplinary processes
Working in line with UK employment legislation
Provide advice and guidance to staff
Recruitment:
Work with departments to plan recruitment strategies
Act as first point of contact for recruitment enquiries
Assist with recruitment campaigns
Support other general HR tasks such as on-boarding, employee relations and training
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience working within a generalist HR role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You will have a flexible and can-do attitude
You will enjoy working within a team
You will have a professional approach in every aspect
