The Resourcing Group is urgently seeking a skilled Lifecycle Project Manager to join a leading national Facilities Management company on an a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major lifecycle projects and contribute to the success of the company.
Position: Lifecycle Project Manager
Contract Duration: 24 months FTC

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the facilities management or building services industry.
Engineering background is essential.
Highly desirable: experience working on PFI contracts or projects.Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee major fabric and M&E projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Full Riba stage management
Take ownership of defect management, conducting thorough inspections and implementing effective resolution plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
Implement robust health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.This is an urgent requirement, and we are seeking qualified candidates who can hit the ground running.
