This Administrator job in Middlesborough provides opportunity to join this Financial Services to support their Financial Advisers through your administrative support
Your duties will include:

Greeting clients visiting the office and making them feel welcome

Answer incoming telephone calls and assist where possible

Deal with incoming and outgoing post

Update their CRM system
-
Book appointments for new and existing clients

Update the company social media where required

Undertake general administrative tasks
Administrator Requirements
-
You should have 2 years’ experience in a similar role
-
Ideally, you should have experience working directly / indirectly with mortgage, investment or pension related business
-
You should have a professional approach to your work and take pride in what you do
-
Experience with Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
