We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our client, a leading technology specialist in Chesham. The position will be working as part of the Admin Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and being the
first point of contact, will provide a first rate service to customers and suppliers.
ROLE:

Answering and transferring calls and welcoming visitors.

Arranging customer collections and deliveries.
-
Arranging site visits.
-
Administrative duties and timesheet processing.
-
General clerical duties; copying and scanning documents.
-
Logging calls in the Company’s system.
-
Ordering supplies for the day-to-day running of the office.

Assisting the Commercial Team with commercial ordering and processing.
REQUIREMENTS:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word
-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
-
Accurate fast keyboard skills
-
Good level of verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent telephone manner
-
Excellent approach to people
-
Eye for detail
Full time office based.
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
