2nd Line Service Desk Engineer - Milton Keynes - £35k pa
Our Milton Keynes based MSP client are looking for a 2nd Line Service desk Engineer to join their expanding team.
Your responsibilities will be:

Handle tasks related to installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 OS on laptops and desktops.

Perform server OS administration.

Work with RDS, Citrix, and Hyper-V.

Provide support for smartphones (Android & iOS), tablets (Android & iOS), printers, scanners, copiers, and other hardware.

Administer Office365, including user account creations, Azure AD, Exchange, etc.

Manage Microsoft products such as Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MFA.

Handle backup technologies and antivirus/security products.

Perform cable patching and work with remote access tools.

Utilise ITSM tools for efficient service delivery.
It is expected that you will have at least 5 years experience working within a dynamic environment, ideally with an MSP or a multi sited environment using and working with the above skill sets.
The role is 100% office based.
