CDM Administrator | London with Hybrid working | £40-£45k + Car allowance + benefits
Great opportunity to join a leading consulting firm offering varied services to clients in the energy, engineering and construction sector. Due to expansion, they are currently looking to increase their internal capabilities with a CDM Administrator to work as part of the design team. As the CDM Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities with increasing responsibility as your career progresses.
Key responsibilities
-
Liaising with other members of the Design Team on CDM matters.

Developing the Pre-Construction Information Packs for Principal Contractors.

Submitting the F10 notification to the HSE where required.

Reviewing the Principal Contractors Construction Phase Plans.

Compiling the H&S Files at the ends of the projects and submitting to the Client.

Maintaining a CDM tracker of projects
-
Liaising with Principal Contractors on CDM
Key requirements
-
NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
-
Understanding of design processes.
-
Knowledge of CDM.
-
Clean driving licence
-
Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
-
Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.

IT literate with good administration skills
