Updating CRM system

Answering the telephone and dealing with queries

Processing payments and renewals

Senior management diary and email support

Preparing customer information packs

Booking travel and accommodation

Assist with meeting preparation
As an administrator you should have:

Previous admin experience
-
Excellent attention to detail
-
Be organised with excellent customer service skills
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.45 to 5pm and Friday 8.45 to 4.30pm
