The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for driving new business growth by collaborating with the marketing and new business teams on campaigns and self-generation efforts. The role requires a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute new business campaigns and strategies
Proactively source and generate new business leads through targeted outreach and networking efforts
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solution

Previous experience in a BDR or similar role, with a clear focus on new business generation and collaboration with marketing and new business teams.
A proven track record of successful lead generation to closed won in the tech industry. Telecoms experience preferred but not essential.
Similarly, demonstrated success in driving new business growth, meeting or exceeding targets, and contributing to the expansion of the client base.
Familiarity with marketing and sales processes, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign execution
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office suite applications, Salesloft, Cognism and CRM tools (Salesforce) QualificationsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
