Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Contact Advisor to for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre Reading.
In this full-time role the hours of work are 8am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm (60 min break) with 1 in 4 Saturdays on rota, working 8am to 1pm with a day off in the week.
If you’re currently working as a Customer Contact Advisor or Service Advisor, ideally within a franchised automotive dealership, and have a passion for customer care, we’d love to hear from you.
What does the job involve?
As Customer Contact Advisor you will provide Porsche Retail Group customers with a consultative booking service for the maintenance and/or repair of their vehicle, whilst ensuring the group’s workshops are loaded efficiently, utilizing the available capacity.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting customers calling in to book their vehicles into the workshop
Managing Aftersales customer booking communications from phone calls, e-mails, web enquiries etc.
Keeping the customer updated with progress of their vehicle
Making outbound marketing calls to customers to re-engage them with products and services
Determining the services needed and advising customers of potential work required
Maintaining and updating the Dealer Management System
