Consult Energy are working with one of the fastest growing energy suppliers in the UK to support them in finding a passionate, forward thinking Sales Team Manager. As the Sales Team Manager you will play a crucial role in driving net margin growth through both third-party intermediaries (TPIs) and direct business.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the team in achieving annual sales targets for accounts.

Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to meet growth objectives.

Providing data-driven insights, monitoring KPIs, and improving CRM reporting.

Coaching and developing the sales team to optimise performance.

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Managing recruitment, employee development, and team performance.
Skills/Experience you’ll need:

B2B I&C sales experience within a UK Energy business is absolutely essential – (please only apply if you have experience interacting with I&C customers within Gas or Electricity).

Team management experience with knowledge of HR processes would be valuable.

Familiarity with flexible energy supply products.

Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Confident, clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
Location: Birmingham (hybrid working)
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (plus commission structure)
