£45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance
Information on the role

Ensure the KPL Health & Safety Policy is applied consistently across all business and project sites.

Visit sites to support managers with health and safety issues, compile risk assessments, and ensure subcontractors meet safety standards.

Advise on health and safety legislation, identify training needs, and implement systems for accident and risk management

Conduct unannounced site visits, spot checks, and regular site inspections, reporting findings to directors.

Lead or assist in health and safety support on larger projects, attending prestart meetings, and maintaining accurate safety records.
What we’d like from you

Proven Health & Safety Management experience in the Construction Sector ideally within Partitions / Internals / Fit Out

NEBOSH Qualified is essential

First Aid is essential
-
CSCS Black Card is desirable
-
CDM (Construction Design & Management Regulations) Knowledge & Experience
-
Willingness to travel to Sites
-
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
-
Self-motivated personality
-
Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
