We currently have a great opportunity for Scheme Administrator to join our Care Plus team at our Retirement Living Plus Scheme, Corsers Court in Perton, Wolverhampton on a part-time, permanent basis.
The Role
As a Scheme Administrator, you will provide a first class administration service to the Scheme team. You will maintain office systems, book and prepare rooms for meetings, keep internal databases up to date with accurate information and attend meetings and take confidential notes and minutes.
You will maintain administrative systems in relation to the delivery of support, training, recruitment, management of tenancies and financial systems for Care Plus. As well as using your initiative, you will work well in a team and be comfortable communicating face-to-face and over the phone with both internal and external customers.
Hours of work for this role will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9am and 2pm.
Skills and experience required:

GCSE English or equivalent through training and/or experience

Previous office administration experience (desirable)

Computer literate, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Word, PowerPoint , Access and Excel

Builds constructive working relationships characterised by a high level of acceptance, cooperation, and mutual respect

Excellent communication skills

The ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Due to the nature of this post, the role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
