We are working with a family run business based in Corby who are looking for a new team member to join their busy trade counter team.
Previous experience within either face to face customer service or trade counter would be ideal.
The role:

Meeting customers as they arrive on site

Understanding customer needs and matching suitable products

Offering alternatives where products are unavailable

Discussing order process and delivery times with customers

Providing quotes for bespoke products
-
Upselling
-
Taking cash and card transactions
-
Stock taking
-
Adhoc stores duties as required
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday and typically 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
