Pertemps are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join a leading Law firm based in Basingstoke. This is a temporary position.
Responsibilities for this Receptionist role:
- Greeting Clients
- Receiving incoming calls and directing them to relevant departments
- Monitor the company's inbox daily
- Carry out any filing in an accurate and timely manner
- Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
- Supporting the team with tasks they may need support with
Requirements for this Receptionist role:
- Must be available immediately
- Previous admin or Reception skills
- Highly organised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently
The Role:
- £12.00 - £13.00 dependant on experience
- Monday - Friday
- 1pm until 5:30pm
- This role is to start immediately
