Customer Service Advisor Monday to Saturday
Hours from 30 -35 hours per week Flexible hours
Locations: Sheldon or Hall Green
£11.54 to £12.00 per hour depending on experience
Duration: 12 month contract
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a very well-respected Estate Agencies in Shelodon or Hall Green and surrounding areas
Dealing with mid-market properties and with a wealth of satisfied clients, we are looking for a great team player with a focus on putting out customers first.
Requirments:

Must be a car owner driver

Have 2 years or more customer service expereince face to face

Will be trained on bookings and viewings

Able to work saturdays 2 or more per month
The Job:

Assisting with customer service inquiries,
-
Arrange vewings and attend properties
-
Managing property listings, supporting sales activities, and providing administrative support to the real estate team.

Provide support for a broad range of administrative duties.

General property administration tasks

Using your excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Friendly, with an outgoing attitude, and who can ensure that tasks are carried out and completed to a high quality.
